Samarind RMS to sponsor the 2011 TOPRA Innovation Award

TOPRA is pleased to announce that Samarind, a leading provider of software to the Regulatory Affairs profession, will sponsor the Innovation category of the 2011 Regulatory Affairs Awards.

Lynda Wight, TOPRA’s Executive Director expressed delight that a winner in the 2010 Awards has agreed to support the 2011 event, adding ‘these Awards celebrate the very best in the world of regulatory affairs and with the support of all our sponsors we have added two new categories this year’.
Samarind’s Software Director, Miranda Pothiawala says ‘Regulatory Affairs is a rapidly developing profession, which is highly critical to the medicines and healthcare industry. The TOPRA Regulatory Affairs Awards promote excellence throughout, and provides worthy recognition to professionals who have excelled in their category.’

As the inaugural winners of the Innovation Award, Samarind says it has seen a significant benefit to its profile within the medicines and healthcare industry as a result, and is delighted to add its support to the Innovation category for the coming year. Samarind’s sponsorship will appear under the banner of its purpose-developed regulatory management system Samarind RMS.

The Innovation Award is just one of seven categories that recognise excellence in Regulatory Affairs.
